-Identify and analyze faults in machinery, documenting daily breakdown details and timings for inclusion in daily and monthly reports.
-Investigate the underlying causes of equipment issues to implement effective measures that minimize downtime.
-Schedule and execute routine maintenance tasks, monitor outcomes from the Departmental Operations Meeting (DOM), and follow up on weekly operational results.
-Assist the section head with daily maintenance activities and coordination.
-Analyse monthly departmental expenses related to spare parts and fabrication and manage maintenance costs efficiently.
-Respond promptly to unplanned issues and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of emergencies.
-Generate inventory requests to maintain adequate stock levels for future maintenance needs, including critical spare parts and safety stock.
-Create and schedule preventive maintenance tasks using the SAP PM module, defining the frequency of each task.
-Manage the execution of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) systems, including adherence to protocols and weekly reporting.
-Carry out maintenance activities using safe and environmentally responsible methods.
-Engage actively in emergency drills and safety practices.
