Perform routine preventive maintenance on all production equipment to ensure maximum reliability.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement or upgrades.
Collaborate with production teams to quickly address equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment and processes.
Assist with the installation of new machinery and the commissioning process.
Provide training and guidance to operators on the safe use and maintenance of equipment.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 10 years of experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment, preferably in packaging or similar industries.Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.Familiarity with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to equipment and manufacturing processes.
