Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new clients in software development, system integration, and digital solutions.
  • Leverage expertise in Webenia’s core services (custom software, mobile applications, and digital marketing) to pitch tailored solutions to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify client needs and industry trends.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals, while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Establish a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.


Technical Sales Expertise:

  • Deeply understand and effectively communicate Webenia's software development, system integration, and digital marketing offerings.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized proposals and solutions for client-specific challenges.
  • Act as a technical consultant for clients, explaining how Webenia’s solutions address their business challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.


Client Relationship Management:

1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

2. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Webenia’s services.

  • 3. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Skills

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferably from a public university).

2. 5+ years of experience in sales within the software development, system integration, and digital solutions industries.

3. Proven track record of selling custom software services, system integration projects, and digital marketing solutions.

4. Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, system integration, and mobile applications.

5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

6. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.


Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a digital agency or software house.
  • Ability to handle complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
