Skills

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a call center, healthcare administration, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
  • Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using medical software and basic office applications.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately enter and process patient information.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve patient concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Multitasking: Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
