Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Leadership:
- Develop and implement the company's IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Lead and manage the IT department, including recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating IT staff.
- Ensure continuous innovation and integration of new technologies to enhance business operations.
- Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
- Ensure maximum uptime of critical systems and infrastructure.
- Data Security and Compliance:
- Establish and enforce IT security policies to protect company data and systems from breaches.
- Ensure compliance with local and international IT regulations and standards.
- System Development and Support:
- Supervise the development, deployment, and maintenance of software and business applications.
- Provide technical support and training to staff for effective use of IT resources.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the IT department's budget.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors for IT services, hardware, and software.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks related to IT systems and develop mitigation strategies.
- Plan and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Regularly review and assess the performance of IT systems and recommend improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on IT operations, performance, and future planning.
Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience: 3-5 years of IT experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.Technical Knowledge:Proficient in network and system administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.Knowledge of ERP systems, databases, and enterprise-level software.Skills:Strong leadership and communication skills.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):System uptime and reliability.IT project delivery within budget and timelines.User satisfaction levels.Compliance with security standards and regulations.Cost efficiency of IT operations.Work Environment:Based in an office, with occasional travel to other company sites or to meet with vendors.
