• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions.


• Develop high-level architectures for cybersecurity solutions that integrate on-premises and cloud-based CS services & Ensure solutions align with customer needs and industry best practices while addressing specific challenges in both Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) environments.


• Ensure compatibility and effective communication with customer's existing cybersecurity tools, systems, and protocols.


• Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations and PoCs to showcase the functionality and value of proposed solutions.


• Address technical concerns and demonstrate how the solutions meet customer objectives.


• Facilitate effective knowledge transfer and technical support during the transition from presales to implementation.


• Stay updated on the latest trends, threats, and technologies in cybersecurity.


• Provide insights and recommendations to customers about emerging risks and mitigation strategies.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and technologies (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection, cloud security tools).


• Proficiency in designing architectures for on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.


• Skilled in creating and delivering compelling presentations and technical documentation.


• Ability to assess customer environments and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.


• Proficiency in designing tailored solutions to address unique customer needs.


• Experience working in cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and MSSP teams.
