Customer Experience & Marketing Research Specialist

Job Description:

  • Create & design surveys to collect and analyze customer feedback.
  • Develop and monitor Qualtrics surveys, updating, and developing dashboards.
  • Work with IT to implement and automate customer surveying.
  • Conduct mystery audits for residential and commercial projects and assess the UX of social media accounts and websites to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and follow up on action plan progress against timelines and performance.
  • Document and highlight key learnings and insights to improve and enhance future CX.
  • Track and report on the real estate competitors' activities to assess competing projects and pricing strategies that support rollout plans, and support in recommending market prices that reflect company and project positioning.
  • Conduct extensive research that assesses market conditions, trends, and dynamics.
  • Supervise third parties in conducting consumer research to capture consumer perceptions, behaviors, and needs and gather insights on consumer awareness, preferences, buying patterns, and lifestyle choices.
  • Scheduled, periodical, and requisitioned competitive market scans on residential, commercial, hospitality, and clubs’ markets.
  • Pricing recommendations ahead of company launches.
  • Annual reporting and tracking of the company’s brand equity score.
  • Quarterly reporting on company and key competition market shares.
  • Periodical analysis of historical price movements and projections.
  • Catering for diverse business needs by providing insights on new opportunities and asset classes for assessment through in-house and/or outsourced research studies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics or any relevant field
  • 3 years of experience in Market Research or Business Analysis
  • Research and Analytical Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
  • Clear and concise reporting, presentations, and data visualization skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office
  • Proficient knowledge and use of Arabic and English languages is a must.
