Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and cost efficiency of operations.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to the management team.
SAP S/4HANA Financial Operations:
- Utilize SAP S/4HANA to streamline financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
- Manage SAP S/4HANA implementation and integration to optimize financial performance.
- Generate accurate and timely financial reports using SAP S/4HANA tools and analytics.
Cost Control & Analysis:
- Monitor and manage manufacturing costs, raw material pricing, and other operational expenses.
- Conduct variance analysis (e.g., material, production, and overhead costs).
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring quality and efficiency in operations.
Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Manage tax filings, audits, and external financial reporting requirements.
- Establish internal control processes to safeguard company assets.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and logistics, to support operational excellence.
- Partner with HR to develop financial policies and training programs.
Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA/ACCA is a plus).Minimum 15-20 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Technical Skills:Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA financial modules is mandatory.Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Key Competencies:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Effective communication and presentation skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
