- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Ensure security procedures are followed for visitors and guests.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently.Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.
