Responsibilities -

- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of service.

- Develop training programs and materials to enhance the technical skills of team members and end-users.
- Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, procedures, and data analytics workflows.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate users on best practices and new technologies.

- Implement controls and procedures to protect sensitive data and ensure data integrity.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science,
- Technical background is mandatory- at least 3-5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in systems administration, technical support, data analysis, and database management.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, security, infrastructure, data analytics tools, and database management systems.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
