This is a full-time on-site role as a Printing Section Head at Sahara Printing Company in Cairo, Egypt. The Printing Section Head will be responsible for ;
1. Develops general production plans in accordance with the company's management objectives and policies and in accordance with the directives and instructions of the factory manager.
2. Supervises the implementation of approved printing production plans and the specified daily, weekly and monthly goals.
3. Provides suggestions and practical solutions to urgent, repetitive, and bottleneck printing problems.
4. Submits a periodic report to the factory manager, explaining the actual printing situation compared to planned production.
5. He supervises the preparation of the annual needs plan and determines production rates and consumption of raw materials and operating requirements.
6. He directs his subordinates to calculate and determine the needs of raw materials and production and operating requirements.
7. It works to reduce waste in the production process, whether when receiving raw materials from warehouses or during the operating process.
8. He redistributes workers and organizes shifts to cope with work pressure if necessary. He approves work schedules for production shifts in the printing department.
