- Maintaining and negotiating contracts with the foreign supplier according to the annual budget
- Arranging the PO to the selected supplier
- Updating the procurement reports on daily basis for the material arrival dates
- Evaluating the suppliers list once every quarter , according to the most important parameters (Quality, Price and delivery time )
- Research and identify potential suppliers in international markets based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Conduct due diligence on suppliers, including financial stability, production capacity, and compliance with international standards.
- Conduct negotiations with international suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, including price, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranty agreements.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Foreign trade or a related field.2-4 years of Proven experience in international procurement or sourcing.Excellent Negotiation and Communication skills, both verbal and written.Very good for both spoken and written English proficiencyStrong Analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
