- Analyze project drawings to compile a comprehensive list of Material, Equipment, and Man-hour’s requirements, aligning with project priorities and the established time schedule.
- Oversee the performance of the sub-contractors' team, providing guidance, and promptly reporting any issues to the direct manager for necessary intervention.
- Manage day-to-day site matters, encompassing the supervision and monitoring of both the site labor force and subcontractors' activities.
- Collaborate with the QC Department to schedule inspections and tests, taking corrective actions when necessary to uphold quality standards.
- Generate a daily status report detailing project performance and identifying obstacles that require resolution.
- Coordinate with other trades to facilitate work progress and resolve any interconnected issues.
