We Are Hiring MEP Engineer ( Mechanical)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior MEP Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects from design through to delivery, ensuring minimal issues throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple MEP projects, ensuring smooth transition from design to delivery.

• Utilize project management software, AutoCAD, and word processing programs to create detailed MEP plans.

• Review technical office processes, including shop drawings, quantity surveying, and tender documentation.

• Prepare cost estimates for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.

• Oversee the project management team, ensuring adherence to the project schedule.

• Coordinate on-site work with architects, structural engineers, and MEP engineers.

• Provide MEP system installation, maintenance, and technical advice to service providers, supervisors, and inspectors.

• Inspect, analyze, and find solutions for engineering issues related to MEP features.

• Review and evaluate the work of contractors, consultants, and other construction industry professionals.

• Ensure contractor drawings and installation method statements comply with the MEP design plan.

• Make technical clarifications to resolve coordination issues and design modifications for on-site construction requirements.

• Monitor and maintain on-site health and safety policies, explaining the importance of compliance to the crew.

• Conduct off-site inspections of MEP equipment and materials to ensure compliance with regulations and project suitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum [5] years of experience in MEP engineering.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.

• Strong understanding of technical office processes and cost estimation.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
