We are hiring a dynamic and Pro Active medical sales representative in Upper Egypt to promote Escalate specialized products and selling to Fertility/IVF centers and Andrology Labs in Beni Suif, Assuit, Qena, Minya, Sohag and Luxour.
Roles and Responsibilities
A sales representative for IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) products plays a critical role in promoting and selling specialized medical products to fertility centers, Andrology Labs. Here are typical roles and responsibilities:
1- Product Knowledge and Expertise and willingness to learn
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of IVF products, including their uses, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in reproductive technologies and how they impact IVF products.
2- Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Lab directors and Embryologists
- Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and build trust and loyalty.
3- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Identify potential clients and generate new leads through networking, research, and attending industry events.
- Present and demonstrate the value of Escalate IVF products to prospective clients through meetings and product demonstrations.
- Develop tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
4- Customers Support
- Offer technical support and troubleshoot product-related issues in coordination with the technical or support team.
5- Negotiation and Closing Deals
- Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals efficiently.
- Ensure that contracts and agreements comply with legal and company regulations.
6- Market Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collect feedback from clients to help improve product offerings and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other related documentation to sales management.
7- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions
- Manage expense reports and follow company guidelines for travel and business-related costs.
