Roles & Accountabilities
- System Installation and Commissioning:
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of power and low-current electrical systems as per project specifications.
- Ensure all electrical tasks align with quality standards and project requirements.
- Operational Support:
- Work closely with site supervisors, technicians, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth on-site operations.
- Address and resolve on-site technical issues promptly to avoid delays in project execution.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, electrical standards, and project timelines.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety and compliance on-site.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, system installations, and project progress.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports to project management and stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Assist with additional tasks as required to support the company’s objectives and operational goals.
Skills & QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Experience:5–7 years of experience in MEP projects, with a focus on power systems and low-current systems.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and the ability to interpret and implement project requirements.Proficiency in power system installations and low-current systems (e.g., fire alarms, CCTV, access control).Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations in electrical engineering.Soft Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address technical challenges efficiently.
