Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Team Leader to join our team and drive the success of our recruitment specialists. The ideal candidate will oversee the recruitment process, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to attract and hire top talent. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment specialists to achieve hiring targets
- Provide guidance and support in handling complex recruitment case
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Analyze hiring trends and adjust recruitment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs.
- Monitor and enhance the recruitment process for efficiency and candidate experience.
- Utilize data analytics to track key recruitment metrics and report outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in recruitment (Mass Hiring Background), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in leading a group of recruitment specialists
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Preferred experience in the BPO industry (Outsourcing & Offshoring)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
