(Authorized distributor for Schneider electric and siemens ) is  seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Panel Builder Engineer to design, assemble, and test electrical control panels for industrial, commercial, and residential applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure panels meet design specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. This role involves electrical wiring, component installation, troubleshooting, and adherence to industry standards.

Design & Documentation:Interpret and analyze electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.Design control panels and layout plans using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN).Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects and ensure all components are specified correctly.Assembly & Installation:Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to design specifications.Mount components such as circuit breakers, relays, PLCs, HMIs, and transformers inside panels.Perform point-to-point wiring and ensure proper labeling and documentation.Testing & Quality Assurance:Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting of control panels to ensure compliance with specifications.Verify all connections and wiring meet safety and performance standards (e.g., NEC, UL).Perform inspections to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.Collaboration & Support:Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to address design changes or issues.Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases.Maintain clear communication with vendors and suppliers for component procurement.Safety & Compliance:Adhere to all relevant safety standards and protocols during panel assembly and testing.Ensure compliance with industry standards like IEC, UL508A, and NFPA 70E.
