Responsibilities

  • Conducting routine inspections, servicing, and repairs to prevent equipment failures.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faulty equipment promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Using advanced techniques to predict potential failures and schedule maintenance accordingly.
  • Installing new equipment and ensuring its proper functioning.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues with machinery and systems.
  • Adhering to safety regulations and ensuring that equipment is operated safely.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Overseeing maintenance budgets and implementing cost-saving measures.




Skills


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Textile maintenance is a MUST, preferably experience in Spinning maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
