Original International Company, a leading manufacturer of high-quality trailers and semi-trailers, is seeking a highly motivated Principal Production Engineer to join our team in Al-Obour Industrial Aria. The successful candidate will play a crucial role to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Assist the Production Manager in achieving production plan strategies and goals.

·  Oversee the timely provision of all necessary raw materials, components, and parts in coordination with the Planning Department.

·  Manage and implement changeover processes effectively in response to production plan adjustments.

·  Monitor waste rates, analyze the root causes of production scrap, and implement solutions to minimize waste.

·  Implement and oversee quality control objectives, activities, and procedures to resolve production problems, enhance product reliability, and minimize costs.

·  Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process to ensure product safety and adherence to specified quality standards.

·  Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout all production activities.

Requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production specialization preferred)

·  2-5 years of experience in steel fabrication, with a strong preference for experience in trailer manufacturing.

·  Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

·  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage blue-collar staff.

·  A solid understanding of 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing principles.

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
