Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Developing and implementing growth strategies
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials
- Attending networking events to expand the company's contact base
- Presenting company products and services to potential clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 6+ years in Recruitment Agencies
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- ERP experience is preferred
