-Develop creative and functional design concepts that meet client needs and project requirements.

-Work on both interior and exterior designs, including concept development, visualization, and detailing.

-Handle projects from scratch to final results, including renders and shop drawings.

-Prepare detailed architectural drawings (interior & exterior), plans, and specifications.

-Produce high-quality renders and videos to effectively communicate design ideas.

-Collaborate with the team to ensure the design aligns with project goals and deadlines.

-Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and design.

Skills

-Proven experience in producing detailed shop drawings.

-Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, and other 3D visualization tools.

-Strong capability in creating mood boards and selecting materials, colors, furniture, and furnishings.

-Creativity and artistic problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to showcase work creatively (e.g., videos, mood boards).

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

-Strong time management with the ability to meet tight deadlines
