Role Description:
As the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring high levels of customer service, implementing sales strategies, and fostering effective communication within the team. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day sales operations and driving the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor team performance, sales activities, and ensure timely reporting.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Enhance sales processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve business goals.

Requirements:
