We are currently looking for a Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team.


Role Description:

As the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring high levels of customer service, implementing sales strategies, and fostering effective communication within the team. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day sales operations and driving the team to meet and exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor team performance, sales activities, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Enhance sales processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or Sales and Marketing.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Odoo or Zoho.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
