- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and regular inspections across production and operational units.
- Lead incident investigations and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure proper training for employees on HSE practices and emergency response.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety measures and environmental sustainability.
Bachelor’s degree. HSE Certification is a plus (OSHA, NEBOSH).10+ years of HSE experience, preferably within the foundry or heavy manufacturing industries.Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.Proven leadership and crisis management skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
