Senior Human Resources Generalist

This role is vital in driving our HR initiatives, focusing on talent acquisition, hiring processes, organizational development, and overseas recruitment. What You’ll Achieve

Talent Acquisition and Hiring Process

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent, including local and international hires.
  • Conduct comprehensive job analyses and create detailed job descriptions tailored to the specific needs of each role.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including professional networks, job boards, and social media, to maintain a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and selection in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Handle all aspects of overseas recruitment, including visa processing, relocation assistance, and integration into the workplace.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire to refine strategies and ensure efficient hiring processes.

Organizational Development (OD)

  • Lead needs assessments to identify skill gaps and propose initiatives that align with ACC’s strategic goals.
  • Design and implement training programs, leadership development initiatives, and succession planning frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain clear KPIs for performance management, ensuring consistency across departments.
  • Facilitate organizational changes through effective change management strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and use insights to drive improvements in workplace satisfaction and productivity.

Employee Relations and HR Operations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related queries and concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and ACC’s policies, providing guidance on employee rights and obligations.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, including contracts, job offers, and personnel records, ensuring proper filing and adherence to data protection standards.
  • Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans in collaboration with department heads.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation and benefits.


What You’ll Bring to ACC

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, with expertise in talent acquisition and organizational development.
  • Proven experience in overseas recruitment, including managing hiring processes across multiple regions.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, recruitment platforms, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
