Customer Relationship Management Senior Executive (CRM

Here's what you'll do:


• Communicate with clients through various channels (emails, calls, fax and face to face) .

• Resolving customer issues regarding financial, technical issues and any other complaints related to their units.

• Provide construction status to clients (for their units and for the project) according to technical team feedback.

• Following up with clients on the progress of requested tasks.

• Escalate customer issues, complaints and customer queries and report major problems and providing relevant

feedback to the right channels.

• Responsible for cancellation, termination, upgrade, and downgrade process.

• Collect accurate data information, including payments, on the customer to create the customer master data

• Monitor filing & Documentation system till handover.

• Hand over units to clients in cooperation with concerned departments (Finance, Technical, Legal).

• Contact the clients and try to take appointments to hand over their units.

• Handel the Site visits to determine the unit status, then a snag list should be done to follow up with the engineers

for any missing items before its delivery within a fixed time frame.

• Revise with the financial department any financial settlements with clients before delivery.

• Responsible for any notifications or comments concerning the clients related to the site during and after the

finishing process.

• Responsible for making all the needed documents in the handover process.

• Assures the completion of the snag list.

• Checks the quality and insure the implementation was as planned.

• Ensures the delivery is as per the time scheduled and report it.and Handover the units to the clients as per the agreed process.


AM I a GOOD FIT?


• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or any related field is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft office software such as Microsoft Excel, word and Power point.

• Excellent command of Arabic and English both written and spoken.

• From 2 to 4 years’ experience as an CRM & Handover Executive.

• Real-estate experience with Category “A” clients.
