Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The HR Generalist will be key in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding (Including personnel).
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support performance management processes and guide managers and employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations matters and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Conduct employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
