Job Summary:
Execute the annual sales plan for distributors by maintaining consistent communication with existing distributors, onboarding new ones, and monitoring the sales performance of ELAbd products and competing brands. The goal is to achieve sales targets, build long-term relationships, and increase the company's market share.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Sales Planning:
Implement the distributor sales plan in collaboration with the Sales Unit Manager to maximize market reach and increase market share.
Distributor Visits:
Conduct regular visits to distributors to achieve annual sales targets, strengthen relationships, and onboard new distributors.
Product Awareness:
Provide distributors with detailed product information and presentations to enhance awareness and support sales goals.
Pricing and Offers:
Handle distributor inquiries, prepare pricing offers, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet their needs.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong and ongoing communication with current distributors while expanding the distributor network to meet sales objectives.
Sales Monitoring:
Track distributor sales performance, reduce product returns, and ensure product availability and proper display.
Market Insights:
Stay informed about competitors' activities and market trends to enhance ELAbd's position in the distribution network.
Database Management:
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of distributor information and accounts, ensuring alignment with the financial department to protect company rights.
Payment Collection:
Oversee payment collection from distributors, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and timelines.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit periodic reports on distributor activities and sales performance to the Distribution Sales Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 to 4 years, preferably in the food distribution sector.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, especially in F&B.Proficiency in EnglishExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeFast learner and passion for salesSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachAptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
