Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure quality while learning and applying foundational principles of manufacturing and machinery. Assist in implementing lean manufacturing practices, conducting process evaluations, and developing standard operating procedures.
- Support the optimization of manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
- Assist in identifying areas for cost reduction, waste minimization, and efficiency improvements.
- Monitor and analyze process data under guidance, identifying trends and proposing basic improvements.
- Participate in reviewing and evaluating existing manufacturing processes to identify enhancement opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to help create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Assist in tracking process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rates, and contribute to improvement plans.
- Provide basic support in troubleshooting process-related issues and contribute to improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Implementing lean manufacturing methodologies to streamline operations to promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Oversee the installation, maintenance and operation of tooling equipment
- Develop and maintain a detailed process documentation, while providing training to technicians and operators
- Support in IATF 16949:2016 document preparation
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or similar).Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery.Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques is an advantage.Eagerness to learn, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Good communication and teamwork abilities.
