Sales Operations Specialist

Overview:  
Smart.sa , seeking for Sales Operations Specialist to optimize our sales processes and provide data-driven insights to support our sales team. In this role, you will oversee CRM systems such as Odoo, utilize Microsoft tools like Excel and PowerPoint, and develop sales reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and other key metrics. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to enhance sales forecasting, refine pricing strategies, and improve overall team performance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or sales management. With a strong focus on problem-solving and process improvement, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of sales operations and driving long-term success.

 

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  1. CRM Management: Oversee CRM tools like Odoo, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient sales workflows.
  2. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and boost productivity within the sales organization.
  4. Collaboration: Partner with sales representatives, business development teams, operations managers, and stakeholders to align goals and enhance departmental performance.
  5. Forecasting and Analytics: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasting models and dashboards to monitor team performance against KPIs and targets.
  6. Sales Initiatives Support: Implement and support sales strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing team success and achieving business objectives.
  7. Reports and Dashboards: Generate detailed sales reports and design dashboards to visually track metrics and provide insights to team members.
  8. Training and Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new sales team members by providing training on CRM systems, sales tools, and processes.
  9. Automation Implementation: Leverage automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of the sales cycle.
