1. Prepare a recruitment plan and standardize the recruitment process, in order to improve recruitment efficiency.
3. Organize and implement recruitment to achieve optimal allocation of human resources.
4. Handle social insurance and medical insurance of all the Egyptian staff
5. Responsible for the management of labor contracts.
6. Responsible for the management of employee personnel files
7. Handle the working permit and the residence for the Chinese staff
8. Nurture a positive working environment
9. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
10. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
11. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
12. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
13. Complete other tasks as assigned.
