Job Description:
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and find the best candidates to meet our growing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Provide a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely feedback.
Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, particularly in [specific technologies or fields].
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
