Sales Supervisor Responsibilities:
Sales Plan Development:
Develop monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans based on the company's strategic goals.
Ensure that sales strategies match market demand
Team Management:
Lead the sales team, assign tasks, and supervise execution
Train and motivate team members to improve overall sales capabilities
Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with important customers
Resolve customer complaints and needs to improve customer satisfaction
Market Research and Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitors, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner
Collect customer feedback and provide suggestions for product and service improvements
Sales Performance Tracking:
Regularly evaluate team performance and develop improvement plans
Accurately report sales data and analyze target completion
Cross-departmental collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing department, customer service department and other departments to ensure sales support and customer satisfaction
Skills
Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above, marketing, business administration and other related majors are preferred
Work experience: 3 years of sales experience, at least 1 year of team management experience
Skill requirements:
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Familiar with CRM system and sales management tools
Data analysis ability, able to adjust strategies according to market and customer needs
Language ability: Fluent English may be required for positions working in an international environment
