Open Vacancy: Training Operations Specialist
About Us: BTS is a leading provider of high-quality training courses.
Key Responsibilities:
· The Operations Specialist will play a role in coordinating and managing the aspects of our training courses including scheduling, venue booking, equipment setup, and material preparation.
· Monitor and evaluate the quality of training sessions, collect feedback, and implement improvements to enhance the participant experience.
· Generate and analyze reports on course performance, participant satisfaction, and operational metrics to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree is a must.
· Males Only.
· Very Good English Level (Speaking & Writing).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook…etc.).
· Attention to details.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
