Job Title: Senior Account Manager

About the Role:
PDC is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to handle client communications through various channels, including email, phone, and chat. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive accurate information about our services and pricing, and escalating any issues to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for clients via email, phone, and chat.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about PDC’s services, pricing, and offerings.
- Address and resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Communicate customer concerns and issues to senior management for resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- 3:5 years of experience in Logistics.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Residency in Maadi or nearby areas is required.
