Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will lead and oversee the sales team to achieve the company’s revenue and growth objectives. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds its targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with AFICO's goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Set sales targets, budgets, and forecasts for the team.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to achieve optimal performance.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Act as a point of escalation for customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop strategies for expanding the customer base and penetrating new markets.
Sales Execution:
- Drive the execution of sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Oversee negotiations with customers, ensuring win-win outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present sales reports, metrics, and forecasts to senior management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Use data to refine sales strategies and optimize resource allocation.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in Automotive Sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and SAP.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
