Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for blue-collar roles, including kitchen staff, production workers, and other operational positions.
- Job Postings: Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent to meet Bow and Ark’s hiring needs.
- Selection Process: Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and ensure the efficient onboarding of new hires.
- Partner with department managers to understand staffing requirements and provide recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
- Represent Bow and Ark as an employer of choice, showcasing our commitment to people and excellence.
- Track and report on recruitment performance metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and success rates.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring blue-collar roles, ideally in the food and beverage or service industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations is a must.
