- Supervise the execution of civil works in accordance with technical specifications and industry standards
- Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress and productivity
- Oversee the preparation and review of payment statements with contractors and the supervising entity to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with government entities to execute works and secure necessary approvals
- Review project timelines to ensure adherence to the schedule
- Oversee the handover of completed works to the owner after ensuring compliance with specifications
- Prepare daily and weekly reports and submit them to the executive management to outline the project status
- Follow up on shop drawings and obtain approval from consultants, coordinating with all stakeholders
