-Cover the assigned geographical area for each sales team member and identify new clients.
-Achieve the required sales targets as determined by the management.
-Submit the required reports accurately and within the specified deadlines set by the management.
-Adhere to attendance and departure schedules and follow the specific instructions provided by management regarding assignments and missions.
-Follow up with assigned clients to convert potential customers into actual clients while maintaining relationships with the company’s existing clients.
-Comply with all instructions and objectives outlined in the company’s policies.
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.-A minimum of 3 years of experience in project sales.-Proven experience in project sales and selling engineering products, with a solid understanding of the sales cycle in projects and the steps required for successful project sales.-Preferably, established connections with contracting companies, consulting offices, and governmental entities such as the Engineering Authority and the New Urban Communities Authority.-Prior experience in the same field (lighting units) is highly preferred.
