Sales Representative - Sharm El-Shiekh

  • Achieve the monthly target.
  • Support the Branch Manager in the preparation of realistic sales targets for the branch as required.
  • Maximize profitable sales, and achieve quantitative and qualitative sales objectives established by and agreed upon with the Branch Manager.
  • Prepare required sales activity reports and statistics in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Open new sales channels by doing daily visits out to banks & sub-dealers, attending & participating in the seasonable exhibitions like clubs, malls …. etc. & the regular annual exhibitions like Automech & formula.
  • Handle the sales deals (data entry of the customers – follow-up on the documentary cycle & the required orders – follow-up on financial process – follow-up with other department on a weekly basis)
  • Ensure courteous, professional support to walk-in customers “Six steps” and other branch visitors, answer their inquiries on product features and options, and make every effort to meet their needs and to secure a sale.
  • Participate actively in the management of complaints filed by associated customers to ensure customer satisfaction.  
  • Sell and promote the company’s services like Drive, Insurance, trade-in and service programs.
