1. Developing plans and programs for periodic and corrective maintenance of all factory equipment, whether mechanical or electrical, and measuring deviations.
2. Supervising the installation of production lines and new equipment, calculating connections, extensions, loads, and operating them.
4. Supervising the plans for manufacturing and repairing spare parts and molds for all factory equipment in the technical workshop.
5. Coordinating with the production department regarding the method of reporting malfunctions so that it can schedule and speed up the repair without stopping the production process for long periods, and issuing repair orders for implementation.
6. Developing equipment operating instructions and technical assistance for all departments.
7. Supervising the calibration program for measuring devices in the factory and following up on its implementation in coordination with the quality department.
8. Supervising the development of maintenance methods that ensure the preservation of equipment for the longest possible period.
9. Developing a periodic maintenance plan for the infrastructure regarding maintenance and supervising its implementation.
10. Supervising the preservation of unused production equipment and issuing instructions that specify this.
11. Supervising maintenance contracts for equipment inside the factory, documenting, preserving and following up on their implementation.
12. Monitoring the accuracy of adherence to technical specifications for all mechanical spare parts required to be purchased and alternatives in case of their unavailability.
13. Monitoring the implementation of replacement, renewal and overhaul operations for machines and calculating the duration and cost.
14. Supervising the implementation of industrial security, safety and occupational health instructions and maintenance of emergency lighting systems.
15. Ensuring the provision of spare parts and operating and maintenance supplies in coordination with purchases according to technical specifications.
16. Monitoring records containing data for each piece of equipment and updating them continuously for use in future planning operations.
17. Prepares weekly and monthly reports for all activities related to maintenance and repair to the direct manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering fields.• Experience in maintaining laser machines, CNC and electrostatic paint ovens.• Previous experience in maintenance (1-3 years).• Problem solving and analysis skills.• Organizational and prioritization skills.• Communication skills with different teams.• Familiarity with occupational safety standards.
