Job Description:
Financial Accountant Responsibilities:
Record and maintain all financial transactions in the ERP system.
Reconcile supplier invoices with purchase orders (POs) and goods received notes (GRNs).
Process payments to suppliers, prepare client invoices, and manage accounts receivable/payable.
Provide daily transaction logs and monthly financial summaries to the Finance Manager.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and assist with internal audits.
Cost Accountant Responsibilities:
Track and allocate production costs, including direct materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
Analyze cost variances and recommend measures for cost optimization.
Maintain detailed records of batch-wise costs and update ERP system data accordingly.
Prepare daily cost analysis reports and submit to the Finance Manager.
Monitor trends in expenses and assist in creating cost-efficient strategies.
