The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on payroll management, recruitment, and training. Proficiency in handling payroll systems is a must. Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintain payroll records, and resolve any payroll discrepancies. Proficiency in payroll systems is required.
Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR roles with a strong focus on payroll management.
Proficiency in payroll systems is essential.
Experience in recruitment and training within the manufacturing or packaging industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
