We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Marketing Specialist To develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products, solutions, and services, ensuring increased brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The job is fully on remote basis.

 

Roles and responsibilities:

 

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with the Company GM’s & Business Unites Heads to design and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

 

Content Development:

  • Create compelling content for digital campaigns, website updates, blogs, email marketing, and social media channels.
  • Develop case studies, whitepapers, and product brochures tailored to the telecom industry.

 

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media platforms) to drive lead generation.
  • Optimize SEO and SEM efforts to increase online visibility and website traffic.

 

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all marketing channels.
  • Develop strategies to strengthen the company’s position as a leader in the market.

 

Event and Partnership Marketing:

  • Support the planning and promotion of virtual and in-person events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-create marketing materials and campaigns.

 

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
  • Use insights to refine and improve marketing efforts for better ROI.

 

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Coordinate with product teams to understand features and benefits for marketing purposes.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is desirable.
