Responsibilities and Duties:
Control System Maintenance:
- Diagnose and repair issues in electrical control systems for dyeing and finishing machines.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on PLCs, sensors, actuators, and control panels.
System Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and reliability of control systems.
- Monitor and adjust control parameters to optimize machine performance.
Troubleshooting:
- Identify root causes of electrical and automation problems during operations.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and minimize downtime.
New Installations:
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new dyeing and finishing equipment.
- Ensure proper calibration and configuration of control systems for new machinery.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide technical support to operators and train them on using control systems effectively.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, issues resolved, and spare parts used.
- Prepare reports on system performance and recommend improvements.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Implement measures to protect machinery and personnel from electrical hazards.
Qualifications and Skills:Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.Experience in industrial control systems, particularly in dyeing and finishing, is a plus.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley).Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols.Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
