Sales Engineer - Damietta

Job description

Identifying and cultivating leads to expand customer base. 

Follow up with sales at all channels of sales providing technical support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate customer satisfaction. (Recognition Letter for customer retention).
Target planning, forecasting and breakdown.
Quote, submitting materials, tendering and provide technical.
Assisting dealers with placing web orders for desired paints materials.
Provide them with all required marketing materials (Colour Card, Catalogues, Brochures … etc.)
Generating a data base consists of end users, contractors, plaster applicators & Painters.
Dispatching banners and allocate them in accordance with ongoing campaign.
Maintain essential visualization for panners and danglers by advising the best place.
Explaining push and pull campaign once released for interior & Exterior.
Scheduling and continually visiting dealers show room and helping them achieves their targets, in addition to TPS (Traditional Paint Shops) visits.
Market intelligence by being updated on market new released products or price list changes for competitors.
Giving all details and support required in regards with loyalty program.
Enhancing loyalty program registrations & encouraging painters and plaster applicators to scan QR Code by sharing the benefits in return. 
Reporting to Key Account Manager Decore Dealers.
Ensuring achieving KPI`s and monthly targets.
Assist in opening new stores by find a prospective client.
 


Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering or chemical sciences with specialized degrees in Business Administration AdditionalPreferably ( Damietta & New Mansura ) residents.
