Job Purpose

Ensuring the stability and availability of E&Egypt public cloud environment,

And to manage any services interruptions that could affect the performance KPIs.

Report To Position Name

1-     Monitoring the public cloud environment.

2-     Ensuring all performance KPIs are achieved.

3-     Trouble shoot and investigate any cloud related outage.

4-     Ensuring restoring the services with minimum down time.

5-     Provide Functional Support on the application and reply to service requests.

6-     Investigate, fix and provide workarounds if the fix does not involve coding.

7-     Technical Architecture Activities such as deployment of builds and fixes.

8-     Users / Roles Administration and Maintenance 

9-     Restoring the normal service to the end-users as quickly as possible

10-  Escalation and notification to management for high severity problems

11-  Closure of Incident / request with the appropriate support groups

12-  Routine and Scheduled Tasks

13-  Global Issues/Outages Handling

14-  Plan and execute user requests such as request for information, data loads, user creation/ deletion, assigning roles to system users…etc.

15-  Scheduling and monitoring of applications’ updates / Batch processes / Bulk Actions
