Attend at ADSL/Enterprise customer side with laptop to deliver/test performance for
ADSL/Enterprise service

<b>Report To Position Name</b></p><p></p>

ADSL Home Installation/Maintenance\:
• Attend in the required Location (ADSL customer side, Enterprise customer side, and TE central
office …. etc.) decided by Field Service Team Leader on time.
• Contact Field Service Team Leader to get the assigned tasks (ADSL home installations/visits)
with all needed data (customer name, customer contact, customer address, customer
username/password).
• Install new ADSL lines at customer side by configure customer ADSL modem and access points
if needed.
• Fix ADSL line at customer side by making all the required actions from TE box to first point at
customer side.
• Update Field Service Engineer/Senior Engineer by any modification during ADSL home
installation/visit at customer side.

Update field service Engineer/Senior Engineer by the closing reason.
• Update Field Service Engineer/Senior Engineer by any obstacle during home installation/visit in
order to get confirmation to do the tasks (customer not available, customer want to cancel the visit,
customer modem problem…etc.).
• Fill in the form as per MISP's policies and procedures for travel petty cash needed for the
availability in different locations within the country, and ensure the proper settlement of the travel
allowance.
• Periodical follow up with Field Service Team Leader on the objectives assigned to ensure high
performance level.
Enterprise/Network Tasks\:
• Attend in the required Location (Enterprise customer side, TE central office, and MISP network
site …. etc.) decided by Field Service Team Leader on time.
• Contact Field Service Team Leader to get the assigned tasks (Enterprise/network) with all needed
data.
• Test enterprise service performance by laptop to confirm connection/connectivity stability and
update field service Sr. Engineer/Principle by the results.
• Update Field Service Sr. Engineer/Principle by any modification during enterprise task at
customer side.
• Replace hardware at customer side after align with Field Service Engineer/Sr. Engineer and store
keeper according to MSIP policy
• Update field service Engineer/Sr. Engineer by the task closing reason.
• Periodical follow up with Field Service Team Leader on the objectives assigned to ensure high
performance level.
