- Oversee the production plan according to the sales plan.
- Develop production plan, budget, and timelines according to production specifications.
- Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
- Plan workflow and schedules for production departments.
- Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
- Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
- Material requirement planning and following up with material and procurement teams.
- Balancing demand and supply plans and avoiding excess or shortage.
- Regular communication with all suppliers to follow up on material status or plan updates.
- Follow up plan completion and interfering to get over any obstacles

- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly meetings and formulating required reports.
- Draft and suggest the improvement of the manufacturing processes and standards to raise the efficiency rate of the products.
- Prepare and send periodical manufacturing reports and performance analysis that reflects the work progress summary to the management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or other relevant fieldsPrevious experience planning in an FMCG factoryA minimum of 5 years of experience in a demand planning/forecasting role. , MRP, productionSolid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
