Job Purpose
● Lead and facilitate Agile development team using Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
● Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and tools.

Scrum Ceremonies\: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Agile Coaching\: Mentor team members on Agile principles, values, and practices.
Impediment Removal\: Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress.
Risk Management\: Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
Stakeholder Management\: Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Continuous Improvement\: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing team performance and identifying areas for optimization.
